The data and video on BJJMetrics come from multiple third-party sources that are outside our control. Those sources can be incomplete or wrong, and can be changed or removed without notice. Match video is hosted by third parties, such as YouTube and the organisations that publish it; BJJMetrics does not host it and cannot guarantee that any video stays available, plays in your country, or is of any particular quality.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of BJJMetrics to you for all claims arising from these terms or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid to BJJMetrics in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are between 16 and 18 years of age, you may only create an account with the consent of a parent or guardian. We may suspend or delete any account we believe belongs to someone under 16.
All content on BJJMetrics is provided for informational purposes only. BJJMetrics is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the IBJJF, AJP, or any other organizations whose data may appear on this site. Any use of names, logos, or trademarks is purely descriptive, and BJJMetrics does not claim any affiliation with these organizations.
BJJMetrics reserves the right to make changes, updates, or corrections to any content at any time without prior notice. However, we are under no obligation to monitor, update, or correct any information unless otherwise required by applicable laws.
If BJJMetrics enables users to contribute or link to external content, those users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of their contributions. BJJMetrics does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any user-generated content and reserves the right to remove or edit contributions that violate our policies or applicable laws.
Premium membership costs $3.00 USD per month. New premium memberships are billed quarterly: you are charged $9.00 USD in advance for each three-month period, and the membership renews automatically every three months until you cancel it. Premium memberships created before 30 August 2026 are billed $3.00 USD every month and continue on that monthly schedule unless cancelled. The amount and billing frequency that apply to you are shown before you pay and on every receipt.
Prices are stated exclusive of value added tax. If you are resident in the European Union, VAT at the rate of your country of residence is calculated and added at checkout, and is shown separately there and on every receipt. Memberships created before 20 September 2026 are unaffected: the price you already pay is inclusive of any VAT due on it, and this change does not increase it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. BJJMetrics does not receive or store your card details. Renewal is automatic on the schedule above; you can cancel at any time from your account settings.
Because new memberships are paid three months in advance, they carry a minimum term of three months — the period each payment covers. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not end the period you have already paid for. Your premium access continues until the end of that period, after which your account converts to the free plan automatically. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the unused remainder of a period that has already been paid for.
Premium access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. At checkout you ask for it to start immediately and confirm that you understand that, once access begins, you lose any right to withdraw from the purchase and to a refund, including the 14-day right of withdrawal under UK and European Union consumer law.
Premium membership gives you access to the data and match video we hold at the time you use it; it is not a promise of coverage. We do not guarantee that any particular athlete, opponent, team, tournament, division or match, current or historical, is included, that video exists or remains available for any match, or that names, results, timestamps or other details are accurate or complete. You can search the video library without a premium membership, so you can check what is available before you subscribe. Missing or inaccurate content does not entitle you to a refund.
We may change the price or billing frequency of premium membership. Any change applies to new memberships and to renewals occurring after we have given existing members reasonable advance notice; it never alters a period you have already paid for.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot legally be excluded. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us through our Contact Form.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BJJMetrics operates. By using this site, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within this jurisdiction for any dispute arising from these terms or your use of BJJMetrics.
